We’ll always do our best to help you change your camping or glamping booking where possible.
You can cancel your booking and receive a credit voucher (minus a £5 admin fee), valid for 12 months, allowing you to rebook at a later date.
Please note that availability - especially for weekend camping - can be limited, so moving to another date isn’t always guaranteed.
To amend your booking, email camp@mendip.co.uk with your details. Changes cannot be made within 4 days of your arrival date.
